Memory Module

Advantech memory modules offer an extensive portfolio of industrial grade un-buffered DIMMs and SO-DIMMs which are designed according to the latest JEDEC standards and covers all technologies from DDR to DDR3 in wide temperature rang (-40 to 85C). Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges of DQS. Range of operation frequencies, programmable latencies allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
